Muddle the Ingredients
In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and blueberries. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press and twist them together, releasing the mint oils and juices from the blueberries.

Add the Liquids
Pour in the Bacardi Rum, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice over the muddled mint and blueberries. Use a spoon or muddler to mix the ingredients gently.

Add Ice
Fill the glass or shaker with ice cubes, about three-quarters full.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour the ginger beer over the ice until the glass is full. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish and Serve
