Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs for better flavor absorption. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
- 2
Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- 3
Rub the Spice Mix
Generously rub the dry rub all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cooking
- 4
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- 5
Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone side down. Cover tightly with another sheet of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
