Make Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the brioche bread into small cubes, approximately 1-inch size.

In a mixing bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
- 3
Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Making the Dressing
- 5
Prepare Wasabi Caesar Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi paste, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
- 6
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or black pepper as desired.
Assembling the Salad

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, add the baby romaine lettuce and toss gently with the wasabi Caesar dressing until the leaves are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the dressed lettuce.

Top with the baked brioche crouton crumble and arrange white anchovies on top.
- 10
Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
