Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Salad Base
Wash and dry the baby romaine leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Add Tomatoes and Anchovies
Cut the teardrop tomatoes in half and add them to the salad bowl. Add the white anchovy filets on top.
- 3
Add Cheese and Chips
Shave or finely grate the parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the salad. Add the potato chips for crunch.
- 4
Add Cured Egg Yolks
Carefully place the cured egg yolks on top of the salad. They will add richness and flavor.
Dressing Preparation
- 5
Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, wasabi paste, lemon juice, dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- 6
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the wasabi caesar dressing over the salad just before serving, and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
