Preparation
Prepare Strawberry Puree
Blend fresh strawberries until smooth to create the strawberry puree. Set aside.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Baileys Strawberries & Cream, vanilla vodka, Shanky's whip, strawberry puree, and lemon juice.
Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Add Heavy Cream
Gently layer the heavy cream on top of the martini for a beautiful presentation.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with freshly sliced strawberries on the rim of the glass.
