Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine fresh mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with minced garlic, fresh rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Bake the Chicken
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, add vegetable broth, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.

Prepare the Asparagus
While the chicken is baking, trim the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the same oven for the last 10-15 minutes of the chicken's cooking time.
