Method
Cured Meats Preparation
- 1
Arrange the Meats
On a large serving platter, neatly arrange the prosciutto, salami, and soppressata in different sections or folds to showcase their textures and colors.
Cheeses Preparation
- 2
Cut the Cheeses
Slice the brie into wedges, cut the aged cheddar into cubes, and crumble the gorgonzola to prepare them for serving. Place them on the platter alongside the cured meats.
Accoutrements Preparation
- 3
Prepare the Accoutrements
Place the olives and cornichons in small bowls or directly on the platter. Drizzle honey over the dried fruits and arrange them around the cheese and meats.
Grilled Crostini Preparation
- 4
Prepare the Crostini
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil and rub one side with the garlic clove.
- 5
Grill the Crostini
Grill the bread slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
