Method
Popover Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Mix Batter
Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Butter and Cheese
Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter and mix it into the batter along with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the popovers are puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Sundried Tomato Butter Preparation

Prepare the Butter
In a small bowl, combine the softened stick of butter with the sundried tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped basil.

Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and season with salt to taste.

Transfer the sundried tomato butter to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped jalapeno pepper with the sea salt.
