Dessert Martinis

Sugared LEDGE Signature Donut Balls

Method

Dessert Martinis

  1. 1

    Vanilla Dessert Martini

In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and cream. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  2. 2

    Chocolate Dessert Martini

In a clean cocktail shaker, add chocolate vodka, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream. Fill with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  3. 3

    Coffee Dessert Martini

In another cocktail shaker, combine coffee liqueur, espresso, and milk. Fill with ice and shake for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Sugared LEDGE Signature Donut Balls

  1. 4

    Prepare the Donut Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  2. 5

    Form the Donut Balls

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot to 350°F (175°C). Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Carefully drop them into the hot oil in batches.

  3. 6

    Fry the Donut Balls

Fry the donut balls for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.

  4. 7

    Sugar Coating

In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and cinnamon. While the donut balls are still warm, roll them in the sugar mixture until fully coated.
