Brioche French Toast

Prepare the Custard
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.

Soak the Brioche
Dip each slice of brioche into the custard mixture, allowing them to soak for about 30 seconds on each side.

Cook the French Toast
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place soaked brioche slices in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining brioche and butter.
Citrus Corn Flakes

Prepare the Corn Flakes
In a bowl, combine corn flakes, orange zest, lemon zest, and powdered sugar. Toss gently to mix.
Grand Marnier Marinated Berries

Whip the Mascarpone
In a mixing bowl, add mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
Vanilla Bean Maple Syrup
