Preparation

    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

    Marinate the Fish

    Place the Chilean sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
