Prepare the Glass
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it in salt to coat the rim.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Espolon Blanco tequila and fresh lime juice with ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda.
