Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Proteins

In a large bowl, marinate the shrimp, chicken, and steak in soy sauce for 20 minutes.

2

Cook the Proteins

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Finally, cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

3

Prepare the Plantains

While the proteins are cooking, peel and slice the sweet plantains diagonally. In a separate skillet, heat oil over medium heat and fry the plantain slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4

Serve

On a large platter, arrange the cooked proteins. Drizzle the sesame aioli over the top, and garnish with chopped chives. Serve with guacamole and pico de gallo on the side, along with the fried sweet plantains.
