Ceviche Ingredients

Method

Ceviche Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Cut the NC Flounder fillets into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a glass or ceramic bowl.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Pour the fresh lime juice over the fish, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the fish becomes opaque.

  3. 3

    Mix in Vegetables

Once the fish is ready, add the chopped red onion, diced tomato, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Stir gently to combine.

  4. 4

    Season the Ceviche

Add salt and black pepper to the mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  5. 5

    Add Fruits

Gently fold in the diced avocado and mango. Be careful not to mash them.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the ceviche in bowls with corn chips on the side for dipping.
