Ingredients: 10 cups Tortilla Chips; 3 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican Blend); 1 lb Choice of Protein (Steak, Pork, Chicken, or Beyond Chorizo); 1 cup Refried Beans; 1 cup Jalapeños (sliced); 1 cup Sour Cream; 1 cup Guacamole; 1 cup Salsa; 0.5 cup Green Onions (chopped); 2 tbs Olive Oil; to taste Salt; to taste Black Pepper

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add your choice of protein (steak, pork, chicken, or Beyond Chorizo) and cook until fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Protein

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Spoon refried beans over the chips, followed by the cooked protein. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.

Layer the Nachos

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Bake the Nachos

Once baked, remove the nachos from the oven and add sliced jalapeños, green onions, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on top.
