Slice the ripe plantain and fry in a separate pan until golden brown and caramelized, about 3-4 minutes per side.

On a plate, serve the grilled jerk chicken alongside the sautéed vegetables, cooked rice, black beans, sliced avocado, fried plantain, and a generous drizzle of chimichurri sauce and salsa.
