Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Yucca

Peel the yucca and cut it into chunks. Boil in salted water for about 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chorizo and Pork

In a skillet, cook the chorizo until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the pork belly and cook until crispy. Drain excess fat.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up to your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Pupusas

Cook the pupusas according to package instructions or prepare homemade pupusas. Serve warm.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Dish

On a large plate, arrange the sliced steak, chorizo, pork, fried eggs, pupusas, avocado slices, rice, black beans, and yucca. Drizzle with chimichurri sauce.
