Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the bistro filet beef into thin strips. Cut the jalapeños, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips as well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Char the Vegetables

Heat a grill or skillet over high heat. Add the jalapeños and char until blackened, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Beef

In the same skillet or grill, add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Peppers and Onion

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Fajitas

Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet. Layer the beef, sautéed vegetables, charred jalapeños, and shredded Oaxaca cheese on each tortilla.

  7. 7

    Serve

Fold the tortillas and serve the fajitas hot, with any additional toppings you prefer.
