Method

Preparing Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.

  2. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 5

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together gently to combine.

  2. 6

    Season the Pasta Primavera

Add salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese to the mix. Toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
