Main Dishes

  1. 1

    Roast the Turkey Breast

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Place it in a roasting pan and roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Honey Cured Ham

Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern. Mix honey, brown sugar, and a splash of apple cider vinegar for the glaze. Brush the glaze over the ham and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally, until heated through. Let it rest before slicing.

Side Dishes

  1. 3

    Make Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain and mash with butter, cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

  2. 4

    Prepare Green Bean Casserole

Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain. Mix with cream of mushroom soup, milk, and crispy fried onions. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly.

  3. 5

    Cook the Stuffing

Sauté chopped onions and celery in butter. Add dried bread cubes, broth, and seasonings. Mix well and bake in a covered dish at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

  4. 6

    Make Cranberry Sauce

In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens (about 10-15 minutes).

Glazes & Sauces

  1. 7

    Prepare Gravy

In a saucepan, collect drippings from the roasted turkey. Add flour and whisk over medium heat until golden. Gradually add turkey broth while whisking to avoid lumps. Simmer until thickened.

  2. 8

    Make Pineapple Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Heat and stir until thickened, then remove from heat.

Bread

  1. 9

    Bake Dinner Rolls

If using prepared dough, follow package instructions for baking. If making from scratch, allow dough to rise, shape into rolls, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
