    Chop the Tomatoes

    Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

    Add Basil and Garlic

    Chop the fresh basil leaves and mince the garlic cloves, then add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.

    Season the Mixture

    Add salt and black pepper to the tomato mixture. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and mix well to combine.

    Slice the Baguette

    Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

    Toast the Bread

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

Assembly

    Top the Toasted Bread

    Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spoon the tomato mixture generously on top of each slice.

    Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately.
