Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Cut and Prepare Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 inches in size.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Prepare Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

  4. 4

    Dredge Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, then coat it thoroughly in the dry mixture. Shake off any excess flour.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large deep skillet or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Fry Chicken

Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 7

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and honey. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  2. 8

    Coat the Chicken

Place the fried chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Serve the boneless wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks.
