Cut and Prepare Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 inches in size.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Dredge Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, then coat it thoroughly in the dry mixture. Shake off any excess flour.

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and honey. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Coat the Chicken
Place the fried chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Serve the boneless wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks.
