Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice on both sides. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon fillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them sunny-side up or to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.

Toasting the English Muffins

  1. 4

    Toast the Muffins

While the eggs are cooking, slice the English muffins in half and toast them in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

On each toasted English muffin half, place a piece of cooked salmon. Top with a fried egg and drizzle with hollandaise sauce. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
