Chill Your Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Dangerous Don Coffee Mezcal, 1 oz of Cocchi Torino Vermouth, and 1 oz of Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth.

Add Islay Scotch
Add 0.5 oz of Islay Scotch Whisky to the mixing glass.

Stir the Mixture
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
Serving

Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixed cocktail into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish your drink with 3 coffee beans placed in the center. Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then place it on the rim of the glass.
