Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Garlic

Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Lemon

Slice the lemon into thin rounds, and reserve a couple of slices for garnish.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Dill

Chop the fresh dill finely and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 6

    Season the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and rub the minced garlic over each fillet.

  2. 7

    Add Lemon and Dill

Top each salmon fillet with lemon slices and sprinkle the chopped dill evenly over them.

  3. 8

    Bake the Salmon

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon slices and dill if desired.
