    Slice Tomatoes

Slice the heritage tomatoes into thick slices and arrange them on a serving platter.

  2. 5

    Add Basil and Onions

Tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the tomatoes. Add the pickled red onions evenly across the salad.

  3. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt to taste.
