Preparation
- 1
Chill the Crémant
Place the Crémant in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. It should be well chilled for optimal taste.
- 2
Mix the Liqueurs
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the Yellow Chartreuse and Violet Liqueur. Stir gently until well blended.
- 3
Combine with Crémant
Once the Crémant is chilled, gently pour it into the bowl or pitcher with the liqueurs. Stir slowly to combine, being careful not to lose the bubbles.
- 4
Add Rose Powder
Sprinkle the rose powder evenly over the mixture. Use a spoon to gently stir it in, ensuring it is well distributed without losing the carbonation.
- 5
Serve
Pour the mixture into champagne flutes or cocktail glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of additional rose powder on top for presentation, if desired.
