Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients, including Bacardi Carta Blanca, Maraschino Liqueur, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup.

Prepare Sugar Syrup
If you don't have sugar syrup on hand, prepare it by mixing equal parts of sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool before using.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Bacardi Carta Blanca, 0.5 oz of Maraschino Liqueur, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, and 0.25 oz of sugar syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.

Optionally, garnish the cocktail with a twist of grapefruit peel or a lime wheel for added presentation.
