Juicing the Lime
Cut the fresh lime in half and juice it using a citrus juicer or reamer until you have 30 ml of fresh lime juice.

Preparing Mint Leaves
Gently wash the fresh mint leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside for later use.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine 60 ml of elderflower cordial, 30 ml of fresh lime juice, and 100 ml of apple juice.

Add Mint Leaves
Add the 10 fresh mint leaves to the mixture in the shaker. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the mint leaves to release their flavor.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
Serving

Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, ensuring to leave some space at the top.

Top with Soda
Slowly pour 150 ml of soda water over the mixture to add fizz. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with 2 lime slices and 2 sprigs of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Elderflower Fizz!
