Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge the chicken in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.

  2. 2

    Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Make the French Toast Bites

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces. Dip each piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.

  4. 4

    Cook the French Toast Bites

In a separate skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the dipped bread pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Glaze

In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with Mike’s Hot Honey. Toss until the strawberries are well-coated.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, layer the French toast bites and top with the fried chicken. Drizzle with the strawberry and hot honey mixture. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
