Ingredients for Dry-Aged Steakburger Sliders

Method

Directions for Preparing Dry-Aged Steakburger Sliders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry-aged ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Sliders

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and form each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sliders

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Place each patty on a slider bun and top with pickles, lettuce, tomato slices, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Cover with the top half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
