Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Season the dry-aged beef patties with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with lettuce, a slice of tomato, a beef patty with melted cheese, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers with a side of potato chips.
