1. Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the black truffle oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken, skin-side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

2. Add Aromatics

Flip the chicken and add minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh thyme to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Prepare the Potatoes

In a separate bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the chicken in the skillet.

4. Bake
