Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse and pat dry the Scottish salmon fillets. Trim the ends of the French string beans and rinse them. Cut the tangerines in half.
- 2
Blister the Tangerines
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of EVOO over medium heat. Add the tangerine halves cut-side down and cook until they are caramelized and blistered, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Sauté the String Beans
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of EVOO. Add the French string beans and minced garlic. Sauté until the beans are bright green and tender-crisp, around 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
