Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour in the 1792 bourbon, passion fruit syrup, and apple juice into the shaker.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.

Add Grenadine
Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect.

Garnish
Cut the fresh passion fruit in half and place it on the rim of the glass as a garnish.
