Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Grey Whale gin, elderflower liqueur, lavender syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake it Up
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Add Prosecco
Top the drink with Prosecco, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of lavender and a slice of lemon.
