Preparation

    Muddle Mint Leaves

    In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them to release their essential oils. Be careful not to shred the leaves.

    Add Base Spirits

    Pour in the Short Path Gin, See the Elephant Amaro, and Aperol into the shaker with the muddled mint.

    Incorporate Lemon and Simple Syrup

    Add the lemon juice and simple syrup to the shaker.

    Add Ice and Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

    Strain the Mixture

    Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

    Add Bitters

    Add 2 dashes of orange bitters on top of the drink.

    Garnish with a sprig of mint and a twist of lemon peel to add aroma and visual appeal.
