Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plating

Serve the Dish
On each plate, place a grilled salmon fillet, arrange the sautéed seasonal vegetables alongside, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top.
