Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Granola Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Add Wet Ingredients
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey together until fully combined. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until all the oats and nuts are evenly coated.

Bake the Granola
Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Layer the Ingredients
In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the yogurt layer and top with a layer of mixed berries.

Sprinkle a layer of the house-made granola on top of the berries.
