Wings
Chili Glaze
Cilantro Dipping Sauce
Method
Prepare the Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 2
Arrange and Bake
Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Prepare the Chili Glaze
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- 4
Simmer the Glaze
Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Allow it to simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Cilantro Dipping Sauce
- 5
Mix the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine chopped cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- 6
Chill
Refrigerate the cilantro dipping sauce for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Finish and Serve
- 7
Glaze the Wings
Once the wings are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the chili glaze until well coated.
- 8
Serve
Serve the chili glazed wings hot with the cilantro dipping sauce on the side.
