Prepare the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes (about 1-inch pieces).

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Once the croutons are ready, add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
