Preparation
1. Wash and Prepare the Ingredients
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables and fruits under cold running water. Peel the carrots and beets, and trim the ends of the celery. Cut the carrots, beets, and celery into small pieces that will fit into your juicer.
2. Prepare the Ginger and Lemon
Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Cut the lemon in half and remove any seeds.
Juicing
3. Juice the Ingredients
Start by adding the carrot pieces into your juicer, followed by the beet pieces, celery, ginger slices, and finally the lemon halves. Make sure to juice each ingredient thoroughly and collect the juice in a large container.
4. Add Cold Water
