Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss the wings in the mixture until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).

  4. 4

    Fry the Wings

Carefully place the coated wings in the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

House Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

  2. 6

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

Once melted, add hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, vinegar, and salt to the butter. Stir well to combine.

  3. 7

    Simmer the Sauce

Let the sauce simmer for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Final Assembly

  1. 8

    Toss Wings in Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings with the house sauce until they are well coated.

  2. 9

    Serve

Plate the wings and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce or celery sticks on the side.
