Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel to drain.

Make the Balsamic Reduction
While the Brussels sprouts are cooking, pour the balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and reduce for about 10-15 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Stir in honey and set aside.

Combine and Serve
Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the sautéed Brussels sprouts. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top and toss to combine. Serve warm.
