Preparation

1

Juice the Grapefruit

Cut the grapefruit in half and use a juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup. Strain to remove pulp if desired.

2

Prepare the Strawberries

Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Remove the stems and slice them in half. Set aside for garnishing.

Mixing the Cocktail

3

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

4

Pour and Top

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour champagne over the top to fill the glass.

Garnishing

5

Garnish the Drink

Add the halved strawberries on the rim of the glass or drop them into the drink for decoration.

6

Serve

Serve the Tipsie Nonnie immediately while it is still bubbly and refreshing.
