Directions

1

Prepare the Espresso

Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. If you don't have an espresso maker, you can use strong brewed coffee as a substitute.

2

Heat the Milk

In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent it from scorching. Heat until it's steaming but not boiling.

3

Mix Chocolate

In a separate small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of drinking chocolate with a splash of hot water to create a smooth paste. This helps to dissolve the chocolate evenly.

4

Combine Ingredients

Once the milk is heated, pour it into a large cup or mug. Add the brewed espresso shots and the chocolate paste to the milk. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

5

Garnish

Top your mocha with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for an extra touch of indulgence.
