Muddle the Ingredients
In an old fashioned glass, place the sugar cube and add the Angostura bitters and water. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.

Add Bourbon
Fill the glass with ice and pour the bourbon over the ice.

Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a slice of orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
