Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Toss with Olive Oil and Seasoning
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and browned.

Add Sweet Chili Sauce
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Garnish and Serve
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve warm.
