Prep the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Cooking

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing the excess to drip off. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Cauliflower
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the batter is crispy and golden brown.

Toss in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated.

Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
