Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Cook Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, around 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then chop coarsely.

  3. 3

    Mix Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  4. 4

    Add Spinach and Artichokes

Fold the chopped spinach and drained artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Shrimp Preparation

  1. 6

    Season Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.

  2. 7

    Cook Shrimp

In the same skillet used for the spinach, add the seasoned shrimp and cook over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 8

    Add Shrimp to Dip

Fold the cooked shrimp into the spinach and artichoke dip mixture. Mix until well combined.

Crispy Prosciutto Preparation

  1. 9

    Bake Prosciutto

Place the slices of prosciutto on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Final Assembly

  1. 10

    Bake Dip

Place the baking dish with the dip in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

  2. 11

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Crumble the crispy prosciutto on top before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.
